October saw the Middle East and North Africa startups raising $156m, marking a 333% jump from September's $63m but a 76% drop from the previous year. After four months of declines, 2023's total funding has reached $1.9b, a 36.6% decrease compared to 2022. The number of deals increased to 51, with the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt leading.
