Bank Nizwa, Oman's leading Islamic bank, has entered a $90 million sustainability-linked financing deal with Renaissance Duqm Accommodation Company (RDAC), part of Renaissance Services. This move supports RDAC's projects in Duqm's Special Economic Zone, where it has established the Renaissance Village, promoting Duqm as a smart city and economic hub.
