Dubai’s Al Futtaim Group has acquired a 49.95% stake in Saudi Arabia’s Cenomi Retail for over Dh2.44 billion. The shares, priced at SAR 44 each, were purchased from the Alhokair family and associated companies. More Read @ Khaleej Times
